Our veteran Probat roaster is used to meticulously roast each one of our bean profiles, artisan style, and is strictly “on demand”. This means we don’t roast your coffee until the day it is ordered. Everything we do is predicated on providing the freshest, most perfect coffee. No exceptions. Period.
Balancing our need to produce the most perfect beans, is our commitment to the environment. Being the recipients of the Mayor's Award For Environmental Innovation means we talk the talk, and we walk the walk. Our food containers are compostable. Our coffee bags are compostable. Our roaster is filtered with water... not Natural gas. We walk the walk.
